These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.logospublishing.com (the “Site”) and any products, content, memberships, subscriptions, and services provided by Logos Press Inc., doing business as Logos Publishing (“Logos Publishing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
4) Accounts and customer information
To access certain features, you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
5) Orders, pricing, and payments

6) Shipping and delivery (Physical products)

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
7) Digital products and content
Digital products (including ebooks, PDFs, audio, video, and downloadable materials) may be delivered electronically. Unless required by law, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery is provided.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use digital content for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share purchased digital content.
8) Memberships and subscriptions (if applicable)

Billing & renewal
Membership plans may be billed monthly or annually (as shown at checkout).
Unless stated otherwise, Memberships renew automatically until canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time using the method provided on the Site or by contacting support@logospublishing.com.
Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.
Price/benefit changes

Abuse prevention
We may impose reasonable limits on access or benefits to prevent misuse. Attempts to abuse Membership benefits may result in suspension or termination.
9) Promotions, discount codes, and store credits
Promotions, discount codes, and store credits are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of offer and may:

11) Intellectual property

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you represent you have the right to do so and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

13) Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:

Harass, defame, or post harmful content
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
14) Third-party services
The Site may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics, email/SMS providers). Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Where permitted, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant product or membership in the [LOOKBACK PERIOD — e.g., 3 months] prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logos Publishing from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
19) Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Venue: Unless arbitration is required below or by law, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in FL, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
