Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at support@logospublishing.com with:

  • Your order number


  • The item(s) you want to return


  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and (when applicable) a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@logospublishing.com.
